These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pk32 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all provisions set out below.

You must be at least 18 years old — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. One account per person. pk32 reserves the right to verify identity at any point.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits set out in the specific promotion terms. Abuse of bonus systems — including multi-accounting — will result in account suspension.
Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
Any attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit technical errors or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and pk32 ("pk32", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your use of the pk32 website accessible at https://pk32.cam (the "Platform") and all associated services, features, content and products offered thereon.
By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
To register and maintain an Account on pk32, you must satisfy each of the following conditions at all times:
pk32 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
When you register an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and for updating them promptly if they change.
pk32 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage of your Account use. This process may include, but is not limited to, submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address and, where relevant, evidence of the source of funds used for deposits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk32 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact support immediately.
All deposits to your pk32 Account must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pk32 does not accept cash deposits.
Payment methods available on the Platform may include those familiar to Pakistani users, such as standard bank transfer options. References to payment brands such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are contextual references only. These payment providers are not affiliated with pk32 and do not endorse gambling services. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All transactions are processed in the currency available on the Platform. Where PKR amounts are referenced, these are indicative and subject to prevailing exchange rates where applicable.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name will not be processed.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Once approved by pk32, funds are typically dispatched within the timeframe indicated on the withdrawal page at time of request. Processing times displayed are estimates and are not guaranteed.

pk32 reserves the right to delay processing of a withdrawal pending completion of any security review or compliance check.
pk32 may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards and other incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to these Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each offer.
Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means a total of PKR 20,000 must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
pk32 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated betting to circumvent wagering requirements and misuse of referral schemes. Any Account found to be engaging in such activity will be suspended and associated Bonus Funds forfeited.
Bonus Funds and associated promotional benefits expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses will be removed from your Account automatically.
All sports betting markets — including but not limited to cricket (PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other events — are governed by the specific market rules published on the Platform at the time of placing a bet. It is the User's responsibility to review applicable rules before wagering.
pk32 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds, bets placed on markets that were suspended at the time of placement, and bets placed after an event has concluded. pk32's decision on disputed bets is final.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or by live dealer systems. RTP figures presented on the Platform are theoretical long-term averages and do not represent guaranteed returns.

Any violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of the Account Balance and referral to relevant authorities where legally required.

No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, transmitted or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of pk32.
The pk32 name, logo and any associated marks are proprietary to pk32. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any such marks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk32 and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or damage to goodwill.
pk32 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error or delay. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Technical outages may affect service availability; pk32 will not be liable for bets voided as a result of such outages where this results in a manifest error.
pk32 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, or receipt of a self-exclusion request.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Outstanding wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any applicable processing checks have been completed.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk32 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. pk32 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in Pakistan. Users are solely and exclusively responsible for their own compliance with local laws.
pk32 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact details held on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
